Autumn colours at Gravetye Manor

Mike and I were lucky enough to visit Gravetye Manor this weekend. The gardens were truly magnificent with all the colour and drama of suddenly changing weather of the season. One minute we were bathed in vivid sunshine but the next dark skies loomed, the winds blew gustily and rain fell in torrents. None of this was a deterrent to our afternoon of exploration and it was just a case of protecting our camera’s during the wet moments.

Hopefully this set of pictures speak for themselves and are a testament to the management and gardening team. We met Tom Coward the Head Gardener in the kitchen gardens and were able to share our enthusiasm with him for what has been created at  Gravetye.

Best wishes

Sarah and Mike

Many thanks to Sarah and Mike for these lovely photos. There are many more and we will post some more very shortly
